Protein-rich Fro-Yo with Berry Chia Pudding

Looking for an easy but delicious snack? A snack with enough protein, no sugar, nourishing but still yummy? A snack for a hot day after a great workout?

Try this protein-rich frozen yoghurt with berry chia pudding!

  • purée some berries, add some (lactosefree) milk, some water & some chia seeds; let it stay in the fridge for at least 2-3 h
  • mix some (lactosefree) low fat curd cheese, a little yoghurt and milk, vanilla & a pinch of coconut sugar; let it rotate in your ice cream machine for 20 min
  • add some desiccated coconut

Rich in proteins, vitamins & yummy – what else do you want? Be fair to your self! Enjoy your progress!
