Allergenfree Autumn Lasagne

Allergic to several nutrients? Want to try something new? Lasagne is not possible? Well, try this delicious autumn lasagne with Swiss chard, mushroom, diced beef, gluten-free lasagna & lactose-free Sauce Bechamel (4-5 portions):


  • steam 1.5 kg Swiss chard
  • stir-fry 0.5 kg mushroom
  • sauté 0.6 kg diced beef

Sauce Bechamel:

  • melt 2 tsp. coconut oil
  • braise 2 tbsp. gluten-free flour
  • add 0.3 l of coconut milk & 0.3 l of water
  • add 1 tsp. agar-agar & 1 tsp. locust bean gum
  • bring to the boil & cook for 10 min at a low heat
  • add 300 g of lactose-free cottage cheese


  • grease your mould with a little coconut oil
  • add some Sauce Bechamel
  • add your gluten-free lasagna (e.g. corn-rice lasagne, felicia Bio, 55 % corn, 45 % rice)
  • add Swiss chard
  • add lasagna
  • add Sauche Bechamel
  • add mushrooms
  • add lasagna
  • … go on as you prefer

Finally put your lasagne into the oven for 45 min at 200 °C
